Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Triplisty (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects when you visit triplisty.com, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. If you have any questions, write to us at [email protected].
1. Information you give us
- Inquiry and quote forms. When you send an inquiry from a hotel or clinic page, or from one of our guides, we collect your name, phone/WhatsApp number, country code, the service you are interested in, any message you write and the page you sent it from. We use this only to answer your request and, where you asked for it, to pass your inquiry to the hotel or clinic concerned.
- Newsletter. If you subscribe, we store your email address with our email provider (Mailchimp) to send you the newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Accounts and listing submissions. Property and clinic owners who register to add or manage a listing provide a username, email address and the business details they choose to publish.
- Emails and reviews. If you email us or post a review or comment, we keep the content and your contact details so we can respond and moderate the site.
2. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our servers and security services record technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, referring page, pages viewed and the date and time of the visit. We use this to keep the site secure, prevent spam and abuse, fix errors and understand which content is useful.
3. Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies. Some are strictly necessary (for example, to keep you signed in or to protect forms from spam). Others are used for statistics and advertising. Details are in our Cookie Policy.
Google AdSense. We use Google AdSense to show advertising on this site.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this website or other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info.
- To learn more, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalised ads or non-essential cookies are used, through a Google-certified consent management message. You can change your choice at any time.
4. How we use information
- to respond to inquiries and forward them to the business you asked about;
- to run, secure and improve the website and its content;
- to send newsletters you subscribed to;
- to show advertising that helps keep the site free;
- to meet legal obligations.
Our legal bases under the GDPR and Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698) are your consent, the steps needed to answer your request, our legitimate interest in operating a secure and useful website, and legal obligations.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- the hotel or clinic you asked us to contact on your behalf;
- service providers that host or protect the site, deliver email or provide advertising (such as our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Wordfence, Mailchimp and Google), each bound by their own privacy terms;
- authorities, where the law requires it.
Some of these providers are located outside Turkey and the EEA. Where that happens, transfers rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.
6. Health information
Please do not send medical records or detailed health information through our forms. Triplisty is not a healthcare provider. If you choose to describe a condition in a message, we use it only to route your inquiry and delete it when it is no longer needed.
7. How long we keep data
Inquiries are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Account data is kept while the account is active. Server and security logs are kept for a limited period.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Children
This website is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed.
